Job Description
A team leader ensures daily responsibilities are accomplished by employees on an assigned work shift. This includes delegating daily tasks, answering employee questions, and resolving issues. The assistant team leader often interviews potential employees along with supervisors and managers, and assists in the employee selection process. At the end of each shift, the assistant team leader completes all necessary reports for a supervisor’s review.
