Role Overview:
The Team Leader (Playing Captain) will manage a team of Relationship Managers while actively handling a personal book of HNI clients. The role combines leadership responsibility with individual revenue and AUM generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the RM team while managing own HNI client portfolio
- Understand clients’ investment needs and design long-term asset allocation strategies
- Acquire and advise HNI clients across asset classes including Equity, MF, Debt, and Alternates
- Oversee portfolio management with focus on asset allocation and family wealth management
- Drive AUM growth through both team performance and individual contribution
- Collaborate with product and research teams for tailored client solutions
