**Contract and Shift**: Permanent, rotating 3-week shift pattern over 7 days (24-hour operation)
- **Week 1** - Monday to Thursday, nights (6pm - 6am)
- **Week 2** - Monday to Wednesday (6am - 6pm), Friday to Sunday, nights (6pm - 6am)
