What you will do

As a Team Leader Automation Engineering you will:
Coordinate day-to-day Automation Engineering activities in Mexico, ensuring clear priorities, alignment, and effective execution

Support safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of automation engineering solutions that support business goals and customer value

Lead technical activities across project execution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

Support team capability by providing technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including project, service, sales, and customer-facing teams

Translate business and customer needs into clear engineering actions and priorities

Ensure alignment with Tetra Pak standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence
