Responsibilities
- Review upcoming events and help coordinate crew and equipment needs with your team.
- Direct event technicians in preparing and executing live and virtual events.
- Organize and review show information and materials in advance of event.
- Collaborate on event production to continually enhance overall quality of services offered.
- Build positive working relationships with the Centre’s event management and support staff and clients alike.
- Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for event management and operational functions.
- Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant.
- Oversee the audit of all equipment before and after events.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
