Job Description

What will you do?

In this role, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day backoffice operations within the ICT & HC sectors. You ensure that planning, contract management and customer support processes run efficiently and effectively. You lead a team of Customer Coordinators and Planners and work closely with the sectorleade ICT & HC , sales and auditors.

You combine leadership with operational involvement. You provide direction, maintain oversight and drive continuous improvement in processes and performance. At the same time, you ensure high data quality, strong customer satisfaction and optimal resource utilization.

You will work across our Benelux organization and play a key role in connecting teams, stakeholders and processes.
