Team leader

Team Leader – Inbound is responsible for supervising day to day inbound warehouse operations to ensure all receiving, putaway, inventory accuracy, and KPI requirements are consistently achieved. This role ensures that the inbound team operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with DHL operational standards, customer SLAs, and WMOS system processes.

Key areas of responsibility include: Oversee all inbound activities including receiving, checking, staging, and putaway Ensure all deliveries are received in WMOS accurately and within required timeframes Monitor and manage pending putaways, ensuring zero pending tasks at close of business Allocate work in WMOS (directed putaway) and ensure correct task execution by team members Ensure accurate use of RF scanners, system confirmations, and WMOS processes Coordinate with Inventory, Outbound, and Planning teams for smooth operational flow Lead, coach, and supervise a team of warehouse associates/operators Conduct daily floor bri...
