Roles and Responsibilities

  • Profound domain knowledge along with broad understanding of documentations and system data entry Knowledge of Home Loan, LAP.
  • Basic knowledge of Rural Finance Micro, Farm, TW
  • Knowledge of Finnone system, PowerPoint presentations.
  • Well versed with Excel formulas for data analysis.
  • Own and put resolution action plans in place for all major incidents occurring within specific areas of responsibility Audit, Risk, RCU
  • Provide support stretched working hours, for the month end close process of Collections teams.
  • Experience in process documentation and process automation
