Team Leader - MIS

Key Responsibilities

• Data Custodian: Own, manage, and maintain end-to-end recruitment data, trackers, and databases for the TA team, ensuring 100% data accuracy and integrity.
• Advanced Reporting: Design, develop, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly TA dashboards, performance reports, and funnel analytics (TAT, source mix, cost-per-hire, open positions).
• Analytical Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify recruitment trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Database Management: Write complex SQL queries and commands to extract, manipulate, and structure data from underlying ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and internal databases.
• Process Automation: Leverage advanced Excel functionalities to minimize manual data entry and streamline repetitive reporting processes.
