Team Leader – Production

The Team Leader – Production will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day production operations within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved. The candidate will lead production supervisors, foremen, operators, and assistants while coordinating production planning, machine utilization, manpower deployment, and process improvements.
