Are you a results-driven Real Estate Leader with strong experience in the UAE secondary market? We’re looking for a Secondary Market Team Leader to build, lead, and grow a high-performing team focused on resale and leasing transactions.

You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of property consultants, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations, and delivering exceptional client experience across the secondary market.

• Lead and manage a team of secondary market property consultants
• Set and track individual and team sales targets
• Drive resale and leasing transactions (residential & commercial)
• Support negotiations, deal closures, and client relationship management
• Ensure accurate listings and high-quality property marketing
• Build strong relationships with owners, buyers, and investors
