The **Team Leader BDC** will work in close collaboration with the **Lead Generation Manager** to ensure high-quality service is consistently delivered to potential and existing customers.
This role is responsible for overseeing lead performance, monitoring call quality, and ensuring timely and effective follow-ups on all unsold opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Hire, onboard, and train new agents.
- Oversee schedules, workload, and team performance.
- Monitor calls, leads, appointments, and reports to ensure KPIs are met.
- Maintain and verify daily and weekly reports (appointments, WFH, performance).
- Follow up on digital leads (Facebook, WhatsApp, internal).
