- Must be okay working 100% onsite at WNS Eastwood Site.
- 4+ Years of experience in corporate travel handling VIP travelers (CEO, CFO, COO) calls and escalation cases, with deep knowledge in GDS (ticketing, reissue, refund, hotel and car booking) and excellent customer service skills, capable of handling tough conversations with clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
