We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our fun and dynamic team. You’ll assist in supporting up to 10 individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while leading a team that’s as passionate as you are about making a difference.

Willow View is a lovely, peaceful bungalow a short distance from the main home. You may be required to work at both homes. Here’s what your role as Team Leader will look like:

• Righthand Rockstar: Support the management team by overseeing staff performance, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development opportunities for team members.
