Job Description

Lead the Workforce Management team for Customer Operations at our Woodbridge location. This managerial role focuses on forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time performance monitoring.

As the Workforce Management Team Manager, you will oversee the development of support teams while executing critical workforce strategies to align with organizational objectives. Your leadership will ensure effective staffing and enhance performance through real-time monitoring and coaching for Intraday Coordinators and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
