Summary

Responsible for overall management of staff, merchandise, and client experience for the Oakridge Park Mall store. Drive sales objectives and operational and visual merchandising standards while developing and coaching a high performing team during the new store opening. Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors through coaching, reviews, and succession planning Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client service Lead sales efforts to meet goals and coordinate client relationship resources Partner with Visual Manager to implement visual merchandising standards Oversee POS usage, inventory management, shrink control, and logistics coordination Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports to Corporate Develop local events and incentives to grow the client base and appointment business Handle disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Requirements
