- Coordinate and support DSP production activities across Chromatography, Viral Inactivation/Filtration, UFDF, Formulation, and Final Fill to ensure timely and compliant execution.
- Serve as the key interface between production, support functions, and operational stakeholders to enable smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead workforce planning for DSP production support, including shift coverage, overtime management, and short- or long-term personnel reallocations.
