- Manage a team of up to 10 production and manufacturing engineers, ensuring effective task allocation and goal achievement.
- Analyse and improve production flow (composites, trimming, painting, assembly) by reducing effort, improving ergonomics, and resolving production issues.
- Improve production efficiency by reducing costs and material usage; implement standardisation and develop industrialisation equipment, tools, and jigs.
- Ensure effective simultaneous engineering across departments.
- Maintain process stability by owning work instructions and production documentation; perform process validation.
- Ensure product quality by supporting production and quality teams and maintaining safe, standardised, and efficient processes.
- Identify, document, and report unsafe practices and production issues.
