Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team of project managers in the field of traffic control systems
- Assume technical and organizational responsibility for project execution
- Support your team during the bidding phase in finding technical and commercial solutions, scheduling, and quality assurance
- Execute your own projects
- Ensure the successful implementation of projects after order receipt together with your team
- Monitor resources, deadlines, costs, and quality targets within projects
- Promote the continuous development of processes, standards, and employees
- Organize and oversee system tests, installations, and acceptance procedures (in-house and external)
