- Erste Führungserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der elektromechanischen Montage
- Abgeschlossenes technisches/ kaufmännisches Bachelor-Studium, oder Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker/ Meister im Bereich Elektrotechnik/ Mechatronik
- Erfahrung mit dem Regelwerk DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 und EN 9100
- Versiert in der Anwendung von Qualitätstechniken / Methoden (z.B. FMEA, 8D-Report, Ursachenanalyse, SPC, Fishbone-Analyse, MSA)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) und SAP (Jira wünschenswert) ...
