Job Description
We are looking for 8+ years of overall experience leading projects. Exposure to Data Engineering projects is a must for effective SM or PM leadership. Generalist SM profiles without DE project exposure are not suitable. Prior experience working on GCP cloud is preferred but not mandatory.
In summary, we need Scrum Masters with significant experience leading data engineering projects OR Tech PMs who have strong agile experience leading DE projects.
Total Experience: 8+ years
Type of Projects: Data Engineering - ETL Pipelines, SSOT, CDP, Data Warehouse etc
Mandatory skills: Agile, Scrum Master
Good to have: GCP exposure and handling global teams
