Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development on complex, long-lived systems.
- Strong expertise in back-end technologies, including C#, .NET, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Solid front-end proficiency with React and TypeScript.
- Experience designing, evolving, and sustaining coherent architectures during gradual modernization.
- Hands‑on experience reducing and managing technical debt.
- Practical experience with digital transformation initiatives, such as monolith decomposition and migration to modern architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and the use of AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
- Must already use AI tools in your development workflow.
- Experience or experimentation with agentic AI, along with a critical understanding of its strengths and limitations.
