Tech Lead Java (On Site) in Guadalajara
Responsibilities
Experience between 6 and 10 years in Java development.
Design and develop using Java 8/11/17 and Microservices with Spring Boot, JPA, and Rest Services.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design.
Lead technical team and support stakeholders such as PO and Scrum Master.
Implement message broker queues (Kafka or IBM MQ).
Knowledge of Docker, databases (MSSQL, Oracle, and equivalents) and CI/CD processes.
Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
Knowledge of Node, React and Angular is a plus.
Qualifications
Advanced conversational English proficiency (required).
Full‐time position; on‐site in Guadalajara.
Relocation to Guadalajara (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $95,000 gross.
