Job Description
Service Operationalization Lead is responsible for managing the service capability delivery – implementation and roll‑out of new or enhanced core telco services and associated operational support processes. He/she also supports the B2B Business Group in operationalizing new or enhanced services on Globe network platforms including enterprise data, broadband, and wireless.
They also respond to service architecture design requests by collaborating with domain SMEs in NTG, ISG, ISDP, Legal, Billing and vendor partners.
The Scope of Service Operationalization Lead Includes The Following
- Bridging technical domains to create end-to-end support structure
- Crafting process maps that link business and technical scope
