We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a Technical Account who will serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. You will provide basic to intermediate technical support while ensuring excellent customer service.

- Troubleshoot common issues related to software, hardware, devices, or connectivity
- Guide customers through clear, step-by-step solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex concerns to higher-level technical teams
- Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
