About the Role
We are currently hiring a Technical Accounting Intern based in our Malaysian Branch to support the Technical Accountant team on the operations and automation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Property and Casualty Technical Accounting operations.
- Facilitating the processing of Non-Proportional and Facultative Claims.
- Managing facultative premium closings.
- Driving efficiency through automation by supporting data processing and automation tasks.
- Supporting in ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of the insurance/reinsurance industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, VBA, and Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is encouraged.
