Technical Advisor

Job Summary

The Technical Advisor is responsible for the administrative and operational management of work performed in the workshop. He or she serves as the liaison between technicians, the foreman, customers, and various internal departments to ensure the accuracy of work orders, compliance with procedures, and the quality of service provided. They help optimize workshop efficiency, invoicing, and the tracking of trailer repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Work Order Management

• Create, track, and close workshop work orders in accordance with internal procedures.
• Modify work orders in direct collaboration with technicians and the foreman.
• Ensure the compliance and accuracy of the information entered in work orders.
• Verify that the hours billed correspond to the work performed by technicians.
