Job Description
You will coordinate and perform delivery, setup, installation, and maintenance of medical aesthetic machines, ensuring timely transfers and technical support to maintain equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate delivery and urgent transfer of medical aesthetic machines with engineers and sales teams to meet operational schedules
- Assist in ad-hoc delivery of machines and parts to support business needs
- Maintain and update daily records of machine transfers to ensure accurate tracking
- Perform basic housekeeping of machines to maintain cleanliness and readiness
- Unbox, inspect, set up, and conduct installation testing of newly arrived machines and accessories, including system setup and ECL documentation
