Role OverviewAion Digital is looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to support large‑scale banking transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 6 – 8 years of total professional experience
- Minimum 4 years of Banking experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Cards, Lending, KYC, Account Opening, Payments, or Digital Banking
- Strong experience in BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, BPMN, and UAT
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture
- Experience working on Banking Transformation or Digital Banking projects
- Based in Pakistan with willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
