Technical Business Analyst (Data & Digital Transformation) A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position 
Location: Auckland 
Key Responsibilities Lead the elicitation and documentation of complex technical requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases. 
Design and execute comprehensive data migration and cutover strategies for core entities including billing, assets, and customer contacts. 
Define delta sync frameworks and exception handling workflows to maintain business continuity during high risk technical cutover windows. 
Develop data quality dashboards and automated remediation frameworks using SQL and Power BI to track and resolve defects across millions of records.
