Technical Business Analyst

Role Summary Seeking a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to translate business needs into actionable solution specifications across banking platforms (e.g., payments, cards, core banking). The role spans requirements, solution design support, data & interface specifications, testing coordination, delivery governance, and post‑go‑live stabilization-working closely with FBAs, Solution Architects, Development, and TCoE/Testing. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specs (BRD/FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct fit‑gap and impact analysis across upstream/downstream systems map dependencies and non‑functional requirements. Lead walkthroughs of solution designs with FBAs, architects, testing teams (TCoE), and business users.
