About the job

As Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis for CPA Australia’s mobile app, partnering with the Squad Lead, Product Owner, internal teams and external vendors. The role focuses on eliciting, documenting and validating business and technical requirements, analysing current and future states, and ensuring solutions meet user and organisational needs. You will produce high-quality documentation, support testing and change management, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate complex requirements into fit-for-purpose outcomes. This position is critical to delivering accurate, user-centred and technically sound mobile app enhancements in an agile, collaborative environment.
