Role Overview
The Technical Business Analyst, Salesforce sits within Semtech’s Sales Operations team and is the critical link between business stakeholders and the Salesforce platform delivery team. This is primarily a BA and solution architecture role. The person in this seat leads requirements discovery, architects scalable Salesforce solutions, develops test strategies, and drives projects from concept through delivery in close partnership with Salesforce Administrators and Developers.
The ideal candidate understands how complex B2B sales processes work—ideally in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing—and has the Salesforce platform depth to translate that knowledge into well‑architected, future‑proof solutions.
