Job Description
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (APAC shift)
Employment Type: 1-year contract (high chance of renewal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze systems (Java, XHTML, JSF) to identify business rules and workflows
- Create System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and design documents
- Lead client workshops and align requirements
- Develop and execute SIT & UAT test plans
- Track defects and coordinate fixes with developers
- Collaborate with Java/React teams and act as bridge to business stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years Java development experience
- Basic knowledge of HTML/XHTML, AJAX, event‑driven UI
- Can read Java code and understand system logic
- Experience writing requirements and test cases (SIT/UAT)
