Technical Business System Analyst (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Develop and test pipelines and various integration points between different applications.
• Configure and maintain Charles River to support investment/trading workflows and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, and operations teams to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and integration efforts.
• Requirement gathering, analysis, and providing technical support during project backlog and sprint backlog calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data flows, and user experience.
• Work in close collaboration with the entire Project and BAU Support teams to ensure on‑time deliverables and project milestones.
