Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute purchasing activities for spare parts, mechanical components, fabrication materials, electrical supplies, and industrial equipment
  • Create, process, and manage Purchase Requisition (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using Oracle ERP systems
  • Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and material requirements from engineering and maintenance teams
  • Source qualified suppliers and request quotations (RFQs) for technical items
  • Compare supplier quotations based on price, specifications, delivery timelines, and quality
  • Track orders, monitor delivery schedules, and expedite urgent requirements
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels for critical spare parts and consumables
  • Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure material availability
