Must haves
- Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem including Power Platform
- Demonstrable experience of Business Process Automation including integrations to 3rd party systems
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, designing and deploying custom AI agents
- Strong experience working in a consulting or customer‑facing delivery role
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem
Sought‑after Skills

- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
