Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide L1 level support (initial troubleshooting, guidance) for PTC products (Creo Parametric, Creo Simulate, Windchill, Codebeamer, ThingWorx, Vuforia, Arbortext) to customers in the partner ecosystem.
Focus on first-line issue resolution, escalations, and consulting for design, simulation, PLM, ALM, and integrations.
Handle initial customer inquiries, tr oubleshooting, and support for PTC tools.
Assist with Creo Parametric (modeling), Creo Simulate (simulations), Windchill (PLM), Code beamer (ALM), and other on deployments, integrations, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3.
Conduct training and create orate with partners and teams for feedback.
