We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our product documentation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex product functionality into clear, accurate, and user friendly documentation. You will work closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams to create documentation that improves product adoption, reduces friction for users, and keeps our knowledge resources current as the product evolves.
This is a specialist role focused on product documentation only . It is best suited for someone with a strong technical foundation and proven experience documenting SaaS products.
