Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all technical aspects related to interior fit‑out works, including joinery, glass, metal, architectural finishes, and MEP coordination. The role requires a strong technical understanding of project documentation, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and site execution requirements to ensure smooth coordination between design, production, procurement, and construction teams. The Technical Coordinator plays a key role in managing technical submissions, coordinating approvals, and liaising with clients and consultants to ensure timely review and approval of drawings, materials, and technical documents.
