Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead who operates as an accountable technical owner at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and client outcomes. At Boosted, Technical Delivery Leads define system direction, translate ambiguous client problems into clear technical approaches, and ensure solutions are delivered in a way that is production‑grade, scalable, and aligned to real business impact.

In this role, you will own the technical success of one or more projects or workstreams, guiding architecture, implementation, and technical decision‑making from early discovery through production delivery. You will partner closely with client stakeholders, engineers, product partners, and delivery leads to make pragmatic tradeoffs, surface risks early, and ensure the team has the clarity needed to execute.
