Technical Delivery Manager – CIAM Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager specializing in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to lead a enterprise CIAM implementation engagement.
This is a senior, client-facing delivery role requiring someone who can own the full implementation lifecycle — from scoping and configuration through go-live and adoption — while serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout.
The ideal candidate brings deep IAM/CIAM platform experience and the ability to operate confidently across both technical and executive audiences.
