Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Technical Development Technologist will be a key player in advancing production by managing process improvements and introducing innovative materials and equipment. With over five years in corrugated pipe manufacturing and a strong background in polymer technologies, you'll support troubleshooting while steering continuous improvement and new product initiatives.
