Responsibilities
- Lead machine assembly, alignment, testing, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Resolve machine performance issues through root cause analysis and improvement actions.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are completed within quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Monitor project progress and report issues to management.
- Support production planning, process improvements, and continuous improvement activities.
- Train and guide production staff and subcontractors.
- Review technical drawings and machine specifications.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and compliance with safety and 5S standards.
Job Requirements
- sCertificate or Diploma in a technical or engineering-related field
