Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and project management for IP-based Access Control Systems, Time Attendance Systems, Video Intercom Systems, and Home Automation Solutions.
- Design wiring diagrams and perform system configuration, testing, and commissioning.
- Conduct on-site training for clients, vendors, and project team members.
- Implement and configure internet and Wi-Fi settings for smart home and automation systems.
- Install, maintain, and support IT infrastructure services, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, and IIS.
- Configure and implement wired and wireless network solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with technical requirements.
