Year 1: Build a Strong Technical Foundation Rotation 1 (First 6 months) — Production Technician (1 Product Line)
- Operate and understand an entire production line end-to-end.
- Perform core machine operations, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate closely with an assigned Shift Leader mentor.
- Develop into a capable Production Technician who understands line behavior and equipment performance.
