• Main Key performance indicators (KPIs) are
• To improve customer Abrasive performance/productivity
• Conduct Product Trial & Acceptance at customer sites
• To support Tech/BD Manager to conduct training, survey & troubleshooting
• Ensure Product Quality & Performance as guidance from Tech manager
Reports Responsible
• Customer abrasive/machine usage matrix
• Technical quality complaint report
• Product/customer trial report
• Competitive analysis report

Job Requirement :

Education & Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering
• More than 2 years in Abrasive, furniture or related industries are prefered
• Experience in Metal/Wood/Automotive manufacturing process
Skill Required
• English – Work Proficient
• Microsoft office: Excel/Powerpoint- Work proficient
