Description Assist the Port Engineering & Maintenance (PEM) Head in developing and preparing the project and technical proposal for new business opportunities to expand and diversify existing PEM businesses. This includes (but is not limited to) arranging engagements with potential clients and partners, conducting market intelligence, and conducting site visits. Assist the Project Team and provide necessary consultation in implementing the agreed-upon project plan and schedule and monitor marine project execution (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Inspection, Installation, and Commissioning—EPCIC) to optimize the available resources cost-effectively and timely to meet the client's requirements in compliance with engineering standards.
