Job Description
The role is responsible for overseeing Soft-Services, including Cleaning, Pest Control, and Horticulture PM/CM works, as well as handling ad-hoc claims related to site works and coordination. Key duties include: Closely monitoring and ensuring the completion of Daily Breakdown cases, working with Duty Team Leaders to achieve till closed status ON TIME to avoid KPI deductions. Tracking and maintaining monthly IBC KPIs above 85%, managing appeal deductions points. Assisting with ad-hoc project site walks and claims documentation as needed, while supporting the WCP office team. Performing additional ad-hoc tasks as required at sites.
