Technical Expert Engineering - Electrical Systems Integration

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

This is a multifaceted position within the Electrical Systems Integration team. This team is responsible for developing, certifying, improving, and maintaining the best industry standards for the Electrical Power Generation & Distribution systems and lighting systems architectures on our airplanes. Our team supports all products.

In this role, you will:

• Participate and lead electrical systems technical improvements and developments for our existing and future airplane programs (optimize architectures, incorporate new technologies, etc.)
• Prepare, review, or approve engineering documents related to electrical system changes on our airplanes (production and in-service aircraft)
• Propose, elaborate, and test novel approaches to optimize our business airplanes on aspects such as emissions reduction, costs, weight, performance, and customer satisfaction
